The problem here is one of use. If you use more electricity,water, gas, or oil you pay more. If you use less you pay less. <br>Granted all you can eat pricins as is common with broadband providers is nice, but even buffet restaurants will limit a large eater after a period of time. I us mobile broadband a lot. These plans cap use at 5 Gb/month. Over that the rate climbs exponentially. <br>Had the FCC won, I would expect every broadband provider to implement similar caps.
